Jeeran Holding Company was incorporated in 2001 as a holding company under the Kuwaiti laws.

JHC Objectives

  1. Ownership of shares of shareholding companies, financing and sponsoring entities in which the Company has an ownership interest.
  1. Owning industrial rights and leasing such rights for the benefit of the company.
  1. Ownership of movable surplus funds by investing such funds in portfolios managed by specialized parties.

UGCC ownership

JHC acquired 99% of UGCC, in a move aimed towards holding strategic investments in the construction.
